Please note that the PTA meeting scheduled for this Thursday will still be held on Zoom, but the meeting time has been changed to 9:00 AM.

During the meeting, members will vote on proposed updates to the PTA bylaws. The attached bylaws reflect a number of minor revisions and clarifications, and there are no major changes to the structure or operations of the PTA.
Two notable additions for next year are:
- The creation of a new Board position, Class Parent Coordinator, to help strengthen communication and support for class parents across the school.
- The establishment of a Nominating Committee, which will be responsible for soliciting and presenting candidates for future PTA Board elections.
The proposed bylaws are attached for review. The vote will take place during the PTA meeting in an open forum and will be decided by majority approval rather than by a secret ballot or electronic poll.
