The Read-A-Thon kicks off Friday March 3rd with a school-wide pajama day and D.E.A.R. (Drop Everything And Read).
It will run through Friday March 24th.
This year we’re using an online platform to track minutes. Students will be able to unlock special avatars, see their rank on a leaderboard, and share a personalized donation page to send to friends and family.
There will be prizes for top weekly readers in each grade as well as grand prizes for top reader in each class, grade, and top 3 in the school. Featuring prizes from Terrace Books, Little Things Toy Store, Goodiez and more! The class with the most participation wins a donut party and a gift card for their teacher.
Details on how to register will be emailed out after the winter break.
