Heritage Day — a long-loved PS 107 tradition — returns on Saturday, January 24!
This special, volunteer-run event is hosted by PS 107 families and transforms our entire school building into a celebration of the many cultures, traditions, and stories that make up our community. Families host rooms dedicated to their home country or state, sharing the foods, customs, sights, and sounds that are meaningful to them.
Heritage Day is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate your family’s background and introduce our community to the cultural touchstones that shape who we are.
Please save the date: Saturday, January 24.

In past years, families with shared backgrounds have teamed up to co-host rooms — a great option if you’d like to collaborate.

Events like Heritage Day are what make PS 107 so special — and they can’t happen without volunteers. Even if hosting a room isn’t the right fit, we’ll need lots of help in other ways, and there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved.
We hope to see you there and can’t wait to celebrate together!
