Thu, Feb 16 2:57pm

Good afternoon PS 107 Families!

I am trying to combine messages to avoid excessive messages for you.

School Surveys - Let Us Know How We Are Doing!

It's survey time! By now, you should have received a paper copy of your school survey. I have even received a few back (Thank you!) and have made sure they were mailed.

-Each paper survey is packaged in an envelope with the survey and the pre-paid return envelope enclosed.

-You will receive a survey in English, unless your home language in ATS is any of the following NYCDOE-supported languages: Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, French, Haitian Creole, Korean, Russian, Spanish, or Urdu. In these instances, you will receive a survey in the home language indicated in ATS.

-You can also take the survey online at www.nycschoolsurvey.org (in any of the nine NYCDOE-supported languages) using your survey access code, which is also printed on the survey.                  The family access code is “f” followed by the child’s nine-digit Student Identification (OSIS) Number. Note that “f” must be lowercase.

*Families can find their child’s Student Identification (OSIS) Number on their report card, student ID card, NYCSA account, or in Operoo.

We want to hear your voice and look forward to your feedback!
