One more email from us before the weekend can officially begin...

Please remember Teacher Appreciation Week kicks off on MONDAY! Use this weekend to create some artwork for teachers and/or staff to show your appreciation and purchase some chocolate.

Original message below: 

Monday May 8th:  CANDY + CARDS! Please sign up to drop off individually wrapped candy and chocolate for staff to enjoy between now and the end of the school year.  You can drop off items in the office between 8-8:30.  

Please also encourage your child to thank a staff member by bringing in a note, drawing, or card to show their appreciation! (Let's include non-classroom teachers by also bringing notes to thank our school counselors, nurse, art, PE, music, and other teachers!)

TUESDAY MAY 9th:  CROISSANTS + COFFEE  We'll be treating the 107 staff to some wonderful local baked goods.  Please volunteer to bring large containers of coffee.

WEDNESDAY May 10th:  We'll show our staff some love with a special 107 small gift.

THURSDAY May 11th:  CLASS THANK-YOU GIFTS  Your class parents will organize a small thank-you gift to show our gratitude to our amazing 107 teachers!

FRIDAY May 12th: POTLUCK! DONT FORGET TO SIGN UP!! Please help us treat our teachers and staff to a Friday potluck. This has been a wonderful PS107 tradition for many years.  Our teachers and staff really enjoy all of the delicious foods that PS107 families bring! You can begin dropping off items in the office at 8am and at any time through lunch. Please make sure that all items are clearly marked as there are nut, dairy and gluten allergies in the building. Containers and serving dishes will be available for pickup at the end of the day in the main office. If bringing lunch items, please try and bring them mid-morning as refrigerator space is very limited.  Thank you!
