For the third year in a row, PS107 is bottling a special whiskey with our friends at Rare Character. Rare Character has become the hottest American whiskey brand, coveted by serious drinkers and major collectors alike. Their owner, Pablo Moix, has graciously agreed to bottle an entire barrel of specially-branded PS107 bourbon specifically for the Auction Gala 2025.
Thank you to Aaron Goldfarb for curating this limited edition release - a one-of-a-kind straight bourbon whiskey bottled at cask strength. The unique label artwork is from PS 107 mom Kate Wilkes Polevoy, depicting our newest addition (and residents) to the school: the chicken coop. Only around 180 total bottles will be available. 100% of proceeds after bottling costs will be donated back to the school; last year that generated nearly $7,000!
