PS107 DAY

Tuesday, January 7 is PS107 Day.   Get your PS107 gear ready to wear (or just the school colors: blue and gold) to show your school spirit!

LICE CHECK

It wouldn’t be PS107 Day without a proper lice check.  The PTA organizes school-wide lice checks as needed throughout the school year.  The DOE has a “no head lice” policy for all NYC public schools, but no longer a “no nit” policy. Students found to have live head lice will be sent home and not allowed to return until they are lice-free. Students with nits and no evidence of live head lice will not be excluded from school. However, as a courtesy to parents, if your child is found to have nits during one of the lice checks, you will be informed.

We ask families who can to submit a one-time payment of $15/student for these professional lice-checks. If you haven’t already contributed this year, you can submit payment here

MATH MAGIC

Join us in the 4th floor art room for games, puzzles, worksheets, coffee, doughnuts, and Pi. All ages and proficiencies are welcome.  Parents must attend Math Magic with their children, and students cannot be released until 8:20 am.
