PARENT WORKSHOP
Please join the PS 107 PTA DEI Committee on Thursday at 7:00pm for the 3rd Session of our workshop series on Building a More Inclusive and Compassionate Community. Led by The Minor Collective, this is a unique opportunity to come together as parents, educators and caregivers to raise thoughtful, compassionate kids who embrace diversity and understanding. Even if you have not been able to attend the first two workshops, please join us for this 3rd and final one of the year! During this 90-minute Zoom workshop, Cornelius and Kass Minor will help us further our understanding of how to recognize and address microaggressions that happen in our community, amongst ourselves and our students.
The PTA and PS 107 school leadership have invested to provide this workshop to our community because we want all students to feel that they belong in our community. Let’s work together to raise great human beings and create a school foundation that reflects the values we all share. We hope to see you there!
