OK, we all had our fun with the kids at Fall Festival, but now it's time for some well deserved parents-only time.
The Eat & Greet Progressive Dinner is SOLD OUT with the number of dinner hosts we have signed up and we've now opened up a waiting list. BUT... if we can get one or two more dinner hosts, we can open up more spots! If you can host any number for dinner, OR are interested in placed on the wait list or to be notified if the list is reopened, please email Liz and / or Jenny.
You saw it at the Fall Festival, and now you can order it for family and friends! Our fall line of PS 107 gear is now available to purchase on our website. All orders must be placed by Friday, November 1st. (Think ahead to the holidays! You know Grandma needs that cammo hoodie.)
If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and thank you for supporting our school!
1. Thank you to everyone who donated books to the Fall Festival Book Swap! It was an incredible success! Not only did we sell a lot of books, but the remainder of our inventory will be donated to our sister school P.S. 169 as well as the amazing non-profit, The Book Fairies.
2. Later this month, we'll be bringing the folks from Brooklyn for Peace into kids' classrooms to talk about UNICEF and its mission. (They'll also be bringing the traditional Halloween boxes so keep and eye out.)
3. And finally, a HUGE thanks to everyone who bought and mobilized to distribute EduKits at the beginning of the year! It was great fundraiser for our school and sent nearly 200 kits to our sister school, P.S. 169.
Start practicing those smiles because Photo Day is the week after next! A reminder that a portion of all photo orders goes directly to the PS 107 PTA, so stock up on those wallet size and get grandma the poster size to go with her cammo sweatshirt!!
