The annual PS 107 ART DAY is almost here! Please join us in the Big Yard this Saturday, May 18, from 12-3pm.
We have a wonderful line-up of art workshops being led by the creative and talented parents from our PS 107 Community, including cartoon drawing, color collage, squeegee painting, wood sculpture, textile arts, clay, and more!
New this year is a Musical Theater Workshop for kids in grades 3-5. Two sessions will be offered, beginning at 12pm and 1:30pm. Please sign up here: https://www.konstella.com/app/school/55d376b0e4b09f8eb94b3eeb/signups/664373d01b5c52318b4dc122
Some important things to note:
- Dress for a mess! Plan to get messy and wear old clothing.
- Bring a bag to collect your creations. Please plan to take everything you make during the event
home with you on Saturday.
- The 5th Grade Committee will be hosting a bake sale with pizza when all that creating
leaves you hungry.
- The Community Outreach Committee will be hosting a book sale.
- Please bring a water bottle to refill in an effort to cut down on plastic waste.
We still need volunteers! Please lend a hand if you can! Sign up below.
We also need cardboard egg crates for one of the projects. Please sign up below to bring one if you have one around.
In event of rain, Art Day will be moved to June 1. We will make the call on Friday if necessary.
