Warm Hearts, Warm Drinks! Hot Chocolate Bar Fundraiser for PS 124 - March 21st!

Dear Parents and Students,

 

Join us for a heartwarming and delicious fundraiser!  We're hosting a Hot Chocolate Bar after school on Friday, March 21st on the sidewalk in front of the school to support our sister school, PS 124!  

 

We're raising funds to help PS 124 with their printing costs for essential signage and informational materials around their school.  Let's come together as a community and make a real difference!

 

Imagine a delightful hot chocolate bar brimming with rich hot chocolate, fluffy marshmallows, chocolate chips, colorful sprinkles, and creamy whipped cream – all for a wonderful cause. 

 

A cup of hot chocolate with all the fixin’s will be $6, but you will receive $1 off if you bring your own reusable mug!

 

We Need Your Generous Support!

 

To make this event a success, we're calling on our amazing parent volunteers to help with:

 

  • Supply Donations: We need the following delicious items:
    • Hot chocolate mix
    • Marshmallows
    • Chocolate chips
    • Sprinkles
    • Whipped cream
    • Any other fun and tasty toppings!

 

  • Equipment Donations (Temporary Use):
    • Crockpots (to keep the hot chocolate warm)
    • Hot water tea kettles (to warm up the water)

 

  • Volunteer Helpers: We need friendly volunteers to staff the hot chocolate bar on Friday, March 21st after school. Tasks will include serving hot chocolate, replenishing supplies, collecting money and spreading smiles!

 

 

How to Volunteer or Donate:

If you can contribute supplies, equipment, or volunteer your time, please use the sign-up sheet here on Konstella.  Julie Mee Schmidt can grab your donated items at drop off the morning of the 21st.  Otherwise, please coordinate with her (juliem@ps107.org) directly to set up a hand off at another time.

 

Your generosity will directly benefit the students, staff and community at PS 124, helping them create a more informative and welcoming school environment.
