The next Auction Meeting is WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 9at 9am in the cafeteria. Please join us and be a part of the biggest party of the year! We are still looking for parents to join these fabulous committees - come if you have real world experience, or even if you don't. It's a great way to get to know more parents, and be a part of this incredible event from the beginning.

 

  • Marketing & Communications: 

 

This job is IDEAL for those with PR or marketing experience, or just generally love using Konstella and want to know how to get in on Joan's emails! Responsibilities include organizing backpack, e-blast and Konstella mail announcements and working on the marketing of the event itself.

  • Fullfilment:
This job is AMAZING if you want to be a part of the auction but might not be available until the two weeks before and then night of, and you love details, organization, and lists. Also, wine, because the night or two before the auction there's a lot of organizing happening to get ready for the main event, and wine always makes that better.
Responsibilities include printing and organizing gift certificates for every item, managing physical donation item collection and transportation, event night check out, and leftover item follow up.
  • General Auction Committee:
This is where it's AT if you like to throw parties, like to go to parties, like parents, like kids, or think you want to do something but are not quite sure what. We ALWAYS have room for more good people who love this school as much as we do.
