Please take a few minutes to review several important announcements regarding required school forms, volunteer requirements, and open positions on campus.

🚨 Mandatory PowerSchool Forms (Action Required)

The 2026–2027 Family Resource Guide (formerly Facts for Parents) and the Universal Form are now available in the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

All families must log into the [PowerSchool Parent Portal] to:

1. Review the Family Resource Guide.

2. Submit the confirmation of receipt form (1 short question).

3. Complete the Universal Form (covers technology use, discipline policy acknowledgement, and photo/video/media release permissions).

📸 Note on Media Permissions: The Universal Form includes permission for your child to participate in events where photos or videos may be taken. If you do not want your child photographed or recorded, please notify the school directly so we can make every effort to honor your wishes. (Note: Photos/videos may occasionally be taken by personal devices during events without staff knowledge).

📚 Library Permission Slip

Every student needs a signed permission slip to check out books from the school library this year.

• Action: Please fill out the Online Library Permission Slip Form for each student in your family.

🤝 Volunteer Requirements & Sign-Ups

Looking to volunteer for Art Attack, classroom help, or school events? Here is how to get cleared:

• General Campus Volunteering (Art Attack, events, etc.):

  • Complete a volunteer application

  • Provide a copy of valid TB clearance (valid for 4 years)

  • Provide a copy of your driver's license
    

  • Please submit the form and prof at the front office.

• Field Trip Driving Chaperones:

  • Requires all general volunteer steps plus a completed LiveScan background check.

💼 Now Hiring: Paid Noon Duty Supervisor

We are actively hiring a paid Noon Duty Supervisor to join our team! If you or someone you know enjoys working with kids, please share this opportunity:

• Hours: 10:15 AM – 12:20 PM

• Pay: $17.39 / hour

• Role: Ensure student safety and supervision during lunch and recess periods.
