Friday, May 29th 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM

We can't wait to see everyone tonight for Piney Palooza! Please review the information below before arriving.

Event Setup Reminder:

The blacktop, playground, and fields will close promptly at 2:30 PM for event setup.

For everyone's safety, no one may be on the playground or fields while vendors are setting up.

If you are picking up your student after school, please exit the grounds after pickup. Thank you for your cooperation.

Tickets and Payment:

  • Tickets are still available for purchase at the gate! 
  • Cash, Credit Card and Tap-to-Pay payment methods will be accepted for tickets and purchases at the PTO concession stands.
  • Food Trucks will accept both cash and credit cards.

Check-In Information:

  • Check-in will begin at 5:20 PM at the PGS blacktop entrance (look for the tent).
  • Check-in will be organized by last name, and you do not need a printed ticket.

Duck Decorating Contest Voting:

Be sure to cast your vote in our First Annual Duck Decorating Contest!

Voting tokens will be handed out at check-in when you arrive. Use your token to vote for your favorite decorated duck creation.

The Duck Decorating Contest entries will be displayed in the gym, where you can view all of the creative designs and cast your vote.

Parking:

Parking will be available at Pine Grove School.

Please:

  • Do NOT block the sidewalk between PGS and TBS.
  • Do NOT park in any fire lanes.

Seating:

Feel free to bring a lawn chair or blanket to enjoy the evening comfortably.

Restrooms:

This year, guests will have access to the bathrooms inside the school by the gym.

Please help us keep the facilities clean and notify a PTO volunteer of any concerns.

Bounce House Inflatables:

  • One bounce house is reserved for children ages 4 and under ONLY.
  • All other inflatables are for ages 5 and up.

School Grounds Policy:

Alcohol is strictly prohibited on school grounds.

Please remember to respect the school grounds, the building, our volunteers, vendors, and fellow attendees.

We are excited to host this event for the fifth year in a row and can't wait to celebrate with everyone tonight!
