Thank you to all of those who attended our 5th Annual Piney Palooza for what was a record turnout on Friday night! We greatly appreciate all of your support of this event especially those who volunteered their time to help make sure the everything ran smoothly, those that participated in our first ever Duck Contest and a big thank you to all of the teachers and staff who donated beautifully decorated cakes for our Cake Walk. Our winner of the drawing for a Target gift card for one of our lucky volunteers goes to... Natalie M. Congratulations and thank you to all of our helpful volunteers! 

We sincerely hope everyone had a great time celebrating the end of the year with classmates and friends!  


Fun prizes were rewarded to each of our winners. Thank you to all the families who entered a decorated duck! We loved seeing everyone's creativity and were impressed by all of the amazing entries.

 
Get your back-to-school shopping out of the way early and enjoy your summer stress-free!
 
We will be selling optional pre-curated school supply kits again at PGS for the 2026-27 school year! Kits include most of the quantities, colors and brands your teachers have recommended for each grade K-4. This program is also being run as a fundraiser for the school, so a portion of the sales will go back to PGS for the upcoming school year.
 
Starting today, May 26th, 2026 through Friday, June 19th, 2026, simply place your order online on www.shopttkits.com. Enter our school’s account number 83472 to view the specific supply list for your student’s grade. Kits will be delivered directly to your child's classroom for their first day of school, so no need to come down to pick them up.


***Important Items to Know:***

- Absolutely NO orders will be accepted after the June 19th, 2026, deadline.

- After placing your order, please check your email Inbox or Junk mail for your order confirmation. If you didn’t receive one, that means your order did NOT go through.

- This school supply kit order website is for Pine Grove School ONLY.

- If you choose not to participate in this program, you can use the recommended PGS School Supply Lists as guidance for the 2026-27 school year. If you need to find school supply lists for another Avon district school, please contact that specific office.

If you have any questions, concerns, or would like to confirm your child’s order was submitted to the vendor, please contact Jessica Olivieri at jessica.olivieri18@gmail.com.

Fourth Grade Yard Sign Pick up!
Thank you to those of you who ordered a yard sign to celebrate your 4th Grade Graduate!  Signs will be distributed today, Monday, June 1st during parent pick up.  Erin Kretz will be under the portico at PGS, just outside the gym doors to hand out yard signs.  

Forgot to order a yard sign for your 4th grader?  There are a limited number of signs still available. Please bring $15 cash or a check made out to the "PGS PTO" to the pick up time to purchase one of the remaining signs.
