A HUGE Thank you to everyone that came out and visited our Book Fair last week.

We couldn't have done it without all of the dedicated volunteers that helped to support us. Countless hours and many hands went into making this book fair the most successful fair in PGS history! We sold over $22,000 worth of books last week!!! The PGS community was AMAZING and incredibly positive and supportive! THANK YOU!!

A very special hats off to Jodi Stark and Paula Marino who spent countless hours planning, organizing and executing the event as our book fair chairs. The fair was a huge success because of the both of them!

PGS PTO is excited to invite everyone to our second General PTO Meeting!

Thursday, December 1st @ 6:30pm, in the PGS Library.

We will be offering babysitting from 6:30 to 8 PM in the cafeteria by members of the Avon Middle School LEO club. We will have board games, arts and crafts, and coloring sheets for the kids. Please RSVP here by Tuesday, November 29th how many children you plan to have in attendance. We need this information to ensure we have enough babysitters.

School Dismissal Manager: By now you should have received an email from SDM with credentials to log into our new parent dismissal tool. If you didn’t receive one, please check your spam folder or let the office know. Please login and set up your child’s account. All default plans are for your child’s assigned bus. If your child is a pick up every day you may update the weekday default to parent pick up. We are excited to start using this on December 1, 2022. If you prefer to opt out of SDM, please call the office or email pinegroveoffice@avon.k12.ct.us and we will remove your child and delete any data.

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 2nd at 10:00 PM: AUCTION BIDDING IS CLOSED. winning bidder notifications will be sent to the highest online bidders.

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 13th between 6:00 and 8:00 pm, AUCTION ITEMS CAN BE PICKED UP in the cafeteria at AHS. This coincides with one of the first varsity basketball games, so stop by to cheer for Avon!
