Why join the PGS PTO?

Volunteering for your child's school is fun, healthy, and rewarding!

The PTO has the following committees open for the coming year:

Spiritwear Committee (1-2 positions available)
Off Campus Events Committee (1-2 positions available)
Scholastic Book Fair Committee (2-3 positions available)
4th Grade Events Committee (6-7 positions available)
New Family Events/Orientation Committee (1-2 positions available)

If any of these committees spark your interest, we want to hear from you!

Send an email to info@PGSPTO.com with your name, the committee you're interested in, and a brief description of why you'd like to join the PTO by June 2nd.

Permission slips were sent home on Friday. Please have your student return to their teachers by today Monday, May 22nd.

If you are interested in helping with Sycamore Day, there are a few open positions that we would love to fill with your incredible skills and talents. Whether you enjoy organizing games and activities, assisting with setup and decoration, or even lending a helping hand during the event, your contribution will be invaluable.

Yard signs are in!! Pickup will be Tuesday, May 23rd at after school pickup or 6-6:30pm in front of PGS.

If you missed out purchasing the first time, there are still a few signs available! Contact info@pgspto.com to purchase or for any questions.

The annual 4th grade slideshow is an important piece of the end of year activities for our 4th graders and we need your help! Look back through your pictures at PGS and send us your best. Please submit photos (no more than five) via the link below. Photos should be school related (class parties, the bus stop, first day of school, field trips, etc.). Please send your photos by May 31. We will do our best to include as many photos as possible.

We will be selling school supply kits again at PGS this year! Kits include the quantities, colors and brands your teachers have recommended for each grade.

STARTING TODAY, simply place your order online by Friday, June 16^th, 2023 on www.shopttkits.com. Enter our school’s account number 83472 to view the specific supply list for your student’s grade. Kits will be delivered directly to your child's classroom for their first day of school.
