Garden : Change large planters located in the front of the school seasonally. Sign up volunteers to water the plants in the fall and spring. Can but not necessary to add plants by flag poles and school sign. Total commitment - 6-8 hours for the entire school year. Plants are paid for by the PTO. Courtyard : Change over seasonal decor. All decor is stored in the PTO closet. Done four times a year. Total commitment- 2 hours for the entire school year.

Twice a year, arrange lost and found items on tables during conferences. Collect all items not picked up and donate to local charity after washing. Total commitment - 4hours for the entire school year.

Organize the following: 1. Summer Reading Celebration 2. Halloween Trunk or Treat 3. Valentine's Day Lunch Helpers

Plan the design and layout of the PGS Yearbook and take photos of events throughout the school year. This position is the main contact between the yearbook company and the PTO. Total commitment - 20-40 hours for the entire year.

Contact school supply vendors and work to find a suitable option for parents. Send out announcements regarding online purchasing of school supply boxes and be present for delivery of boxes prior to the start of school. Total commitment - 6-8 hours for the entire school year.

Oversee the following activities and the manage the sub committees 1. Sycamore Day : All day field day at Sycamore Park in June. 2. Slide Show- Approx. 20 mins of pictures from k-4 of current 4th grade put to music shown on the last day of school. 3. 4th grade t-shirts - Autographed class shirt- done in fall. 4. Graduation Signs- Create, order and sell Fourth Grade graduation signs.

1. Provide new families with information about the school and community. Serve as a point of contact to welcome new families into our community, and provide guidance and answer any questions. 2. Organize a playground meet up for Kindergarten families. 3. Organize the Kindergarten and the new family popsicle social during the visit day the day, purchase popsicles, organize volunteers and hand out popsicles at the end of the visit day. 4. Set up and help man PTO table on back Curriculum Night. Helping to sell magnets, pins, stickers, PGS bags. 5. Organize a Konstella Training for Kindergarten families and new Room Parents.

Maintain supply of used or new donated books in the library, weed area around library as needed.

Lead will work closely with Mrs. Antonelli, who will select books, and the lead will create a Konstella sign up for the selection and purchase of books for the fourth (and possibly 3rd) grade families, and students to then donate to the library.
