Help keep PGS looking welcoming all year! Garden and Courtyard volunteers refresh the large front planters seasonally and switch out seasonal décor four times a year. Total commitment- 8-10 hours for the entire school year.

Help with Kindness Cart and Veteran's Day.

Help keep the Lost & Found area neat and organized throughout the school year. Twice a year, organize Lost & Found items on tables during conferences. Collect all items not picked up and donate to local charity after washing. Total commitment - 4 hours for the entire school year.

Help bring the excitement of the Book Fair to PGS! Work with Scholastic’s and school staff to coordinate the event, help with setup and breakdown, organize volunteer sign-ups, and assist with promoting the fair to PGS families.

Help capture the memories of the school year! Design and organize the PGS Yearbook, take photos at school events, and serve as the main contact between the PTO and the yearbook company. Total commitment - 20-40 hours for the entire year.

Help make back-to-school shopping easy for PGS families! Work with school supply vendors to select the best option, share ordering information with families, and help coordinate the delivery of supply boxes before school begins. Total commitment - 6-8 hours for the entire school year.

Oversee the following activities and the manage the sub committees 1. Sycamore Day : All day field day at Sycamore Park in June. 2. Slide Show- Approx. 20 mins of pictures from k-4 of current 4th grade put to music shown on the last day of school. 3. 4th grade t-shirts - Autographed class shirt- done in fall. 4. Graduation Signs- Create, order and sell Fourth Grade graduation signs.

Help spread PGS spirit throughout our school community! Work to brainstorm and select fun PGS apparel and merchandise, coordinate orders and sales, and help organize and distribute purchased items to students and families.

Help keep our Little Free Library stocked and looking great! Maintain a supply of new and gently used donated books and help weed and tidy the area around the library as needed.

Work closely with our PGS Librarian, who will select books needed for the library. The lead will create and manage a Konstella sign-up for families to purchase selected books that students can then donate to the PGS Library.

Help bring fun and engaging after-school enrichment programs to PGS! Work with teachers and staff to coordinate class offerings, manage student sign-ups and class lists, and communicate program details with families and instructors.

Help showcase the creativity of our PGS students! Work closely with PGS Art Teacher to display student artwork throughout the school and coordinate volunteers to help as needed. In the spring, organize volunteers through Konstella to help set up student artwork for the Open House.

Help bring Piney to life at PGS! Volunteers wear the Piney costume and help make Piney a fun and memorable part of our school community throughout the year.
