Dear families,

The beginning of the year is fast approaching and many families still owe us some paperwork!  Thank you to the many that have completed their paperwork!  

Most families that are missing stuff have been notified and we appreciate your following up ASAP to ensure your students inclusion into their classes.  Students are not fully enrolled until your paperwork is complete! 

If you are not sure, please drop me a note and I can check your status.  Or you can check these two things:
1- Return to GradeLink and if you can no longer see the forms under reenroll and you just see the fee page then your forms are complete.  If you still see forms to fill out, please complete them and be sure to hit submit!

2-Check if you students classes for Qtr 1/Semester One are listed and correct.  If classes/subjects are listed  you are pretty well set! If you see any corrections needed please me know! If your students classes are not there then you are missing something and should reach out to the office to find out what you are missing.  
(New families may not see their classes if testing/evaluations are scheduled but not complete yet)

Course fees  need to be paid before classes start.  If you have not paid them please find the Fee sheet and complete that as soon as you can!  (you can find this underMore/FilesandLinks.

Textbooks need to be in the students hands for the first day of school!  If you have not ordered them yet do so today!  Remember to check in with the Parent Textbook exchange to see if you can procure some things there and also connect with Janet to see what can be checked out of the library! 

Classroom supplies and the school supplies should be brought to school the first day of school.  

Check the calendar for Orientation and first day of school dates!
