As our weather turns warmer we wanted to remind all of the need to dress modestly, as we pull out our summer clothes. Here is the section from our student handbook which is required reading before entering the program. this is found on page 31.
"Young Ladies:
6. Straps on tops and dresses should be at least 2 inches wide. No spaghetti straps please.
7. Tight, form-fitting (vacuum packed), see through, low cut shirts as well as short shirts that show the stomach or back at any time, sitting, bending, and in motion, will not be allowed. Avoid low cut pants that will increase the probability of the midriff being exposed. Shirts should be long enough to cover belt in all range of motion.
8. Slits in skirts, hems of dresses and shorts must reach the ends of your finger tips when your arms hang down at your side or no shorter than 7 inches above the knee when kneeling, whichever is longer.
Young men:
9. Skin tight or oversized baggy pants are not allowed. Pants and shorts must be worn approximately at the waist and may not have a super-low crotch. Underwear may not show."
If a student comes to PFA in inappropriate clothes they will be given an infraction, and we may give them a special oversized T-shirt to wear, or call the parent to bring a change of clothes. They may be pulled from class until they have changed their clothes to what is appropriate for our setting. Please make sure your student/s is/are dress compliant before coming to our campus.
Thank you
