Hello Families!
Please read as there are some changes to tuition payments as well as general information for new families.
Payment options with no transaction fees are cash or check. As of this first month of tuition invoices, we will be adding a 3% transaction fee to all credit card or electronic payments. Your invoices will no longer automatically have an option to pay online. If you want me to add the 3% and activate the ability to pay online, please let me know. I can do it for one invoice or for all 9 tuition invoices.

Additionally, I am going to be more strict about late payments. Each tuition invoice will be due on the 10th of each month as always, I will give an additional 7 day grace period and then Quickbooks will automatically add a 5% late feel. If there is need for extra grace, please reach out to me directly!
New families,
Tuition is one lump sum for the year, which we have broken into 9 monthly payments from September-May. You will receive an invoice before the 1st of each month. It will be due by the 10th of each month.
