Dear Parents, Teachers, Families and Friends,

As we all fly into the home stretch of the school year and plan for summer, what a perfect time to join others for encouragement and tools in the Parenting the Love and Logic Way class where you can learn how to be a more effective and connected parent, grandparent, teacher or anyone who works with children!

Valley Christian Elementary school is inviting you to join the class in person for an opportunity to be with other parents and really focus on learning and practicing tools that will enhance our work with these children who are so precious to us.

Parenting the Love and Logic Way? is a very practical, effective and even entertaining parenting program! This 6-week curriculum will help you:

• Put an end to arguing, back talk, begging and guilt trips
• Instill responsibility in your children without losing their love
• Help your child build self-confidence, inner strength, and resiliency, especially through these times of uncertainty
• Balance homework, extracurriculars and family life
• Avoid power struggles and teach kids to complete chores … without reminders and without pay
• Navigate the effects of today’s technology

The details are as follows:

• Monday evenings from 6:30-8:30 PM from April 13 – May 18, 2026
• Registration fee: $75 per person and $130 per couple
• Designed for those who have or work with children from ages 2-18 (and beyond!)

• Free childcare for Valley Christian families for children 5 years old and above (unfortunately, due to licensing restrictions, VCS is not able to offer childcare to families who do not attend VCS)
