Hello Families!
On Gradelink, you will find your tuition charge each month. It will apply to your account a couple days before the first of each month. And it is due before the 10th of each month. With a one week grace period until the 17th. Right now, your September tuition is on there and it is due technically before the 10th of September but this note is last minute so there is extra grace! :)
Please let me or the front office know if you have any questions! Last few years you got a monthly email from Quickbooks. You will not have that this year. But it is possible to set up Auto pay on Gradelink if that is help for you not to forget to pay.
Payments can be made directly on Gradelink with a credit card. You can also bring cash or check into the office as well as pay through Zelle. Our Zelle tag is pioneerfamilyacademy. You can also make Zelle payments an auto pay.
