What is Family Giving and why is it important?
With your generous support, the PTA is able to offer our kids, teachers and staff a more enriching learning experience - including art supplies, field trips, motivational and educational
assemblies, community events, classroom supplies, Academic Specialists, Technology and much more.
We are a public school and do not receive additional federal money without a Title 1 designation. Plus, school budgets have shrank over the years and in order to maintain the enrichment that our school provides, we need to 'fund the gap'. That is why we run our Family Giving Campaign.
The PTA has a goal for Family Giving: $25 a month or $300 donation, per student, per year to meet these enrichment plans for our children.
It's easy to donate:

networkforgood.org/ pleasantvalleypta and make either a recurring monthly donation on your credit card or a one time donation (be sure to drop off your completed pledge form in the PV Office to be entered in to our raffle drawing (see below)
- Drop your pledge form and a check made payable to PV PTA to the PV Front Office
To be entered into the raffle drawing, please make your donation and return your pledge form by September 22nd!
Prizes are your choice of one:
- 2 complimentary rounds of golf (including lunch and drink ticket) at the 1st Annual Pleasant Valley Golf Tournament on October 16th
- $150 Target Gift Card
In addition, the GRADE LEVEL with the highest % of parent participation will receive $200 toward their Grade Level Reading Library!
The Family Giving Campaign actively runs from Sept 1-30 but we accept your donations throughout the year. All levels of support are welcome and appreciated!!!
Pledge forms were in your child's Friday Folder on Friday, September 1st.
