Hello Fellow Parents,
Our Annual Auction will be on Saturday, March 10, 2018 this year. This is our largest and last fundraiser of the year. The money Pleasant Valley makes from Auction goes to support a piece of everything the PTA funds throughout the year.
This year, we will be auctioning off Grade-Level baskets once again. Each grade level will create “themed” baskets to auction off during the event. On the following page, please find your child’s grade level and the corresponding basket. Also listed are suggested donations – you don’t have to follow the suggestions – you can be creative, just make sure it is appropriate for your child to be able to drop off at school. Any alcohol donations must be dropped off by the parent. Please drop off your donations to the Front office and let Julie know for which grade.
If you would rather help by sending in a monetary donation to help purchase any items for your basket, you can do so by placing it in an envelope marked, “PV Auction Basket”, a check made out to PV PTA, and the grade level this donation is for. A suggested donation of $10 per child will help us purchase basket items. Donations are due by this February 16, 2018. This way, our Auction team can go shopping for items with the money donated to help add to the basket and have time to put all the baskets together.
Please notate on the online sign-up sheet the donation you will be doing, so all the parents don’t purchase the same thing.
