Dear Ralston Families,

Run4Ralston was a huge success! The kids had a great time, and we raised over $65,000! Thank you so much for your support - with your donations and also with your time. We had many volunteers to help with t-shirt decorating and on Run Day. Plus so many friends and family came out to cheer on these awesome kiddos! I hope the kids enjoyed their prize bags, but I think the biggest reward is the support we are able to give to Ralston throughout the year with these funds. Our priority as the PTA is to help provide the best environment possible for our kids and our staff at Ralston. Because of you, we are able to support the following:

>Paraprofessionals (including two new paras in the 3rd grade classroom, plus our para support allows Ralston to have full-time AMP teachers)
>Student Experience (including Space Day, STEM lab, Science Fair, Kindness Crew, Battle of the Books, Ralston Gives Back, and so much more)
>Teacher Support (including Staff Appreciation events, teacher trainings, curriculum support and supplies for the classrooms)
>School Upgrades (including classroom furniture/equipment, scooters for PE, landscaping, etc.)

As we switch gears towards the Fall Festival (coming up Saturday, October 4), we wish to thank you again for all you do to make these events happen. We know that we ask a lot with these two big fundraisers within the first couple months of school. Both of these events are very weather sensitive, and, well, this is the Rockies! We truly appreciate the way this community comes together for our school and our kids. We look forward to seeing many of you at the Fall Festival!
