Wed, Jan 29 8:09am
Dear Ralston Families,

One of our parents at Ralston has shared with me an upcoming training opportunity for students focused on Environmental Advocacy and Systems Change, designed to empower you with skills and knowledge to advocate for the change you want to see and make a real difference in mitigating the climate crisis. All students are welcome at a cost of $15 which includes dinner. Please see the message below for more details. You can also view this personal invite from the director himself. Also linked here is the film, Beyond Zero, directed by a globally recognized film director and consultant who also happens to be a Jeffco grad. If you are interested in attending this training, please RSVP by February 2 using the link in the message below. The event will be on February 5 from 6 - 8 PM.

Kind regards,

You will:
  • Discover ways to improve how things work in your schools and district.
  • Learn steps that can help you create real change:
    1. Commit to sustainability.
    2. Bring together the right people.
  • Think about how this approach is different from what you're doing—and how you can do it better!
