Hello Redstone Families, 

We are less then one week away from our fun run and here are our classroom leaders by most funds raised.  (Remember, winning classroom by grade level get’s extra tech time and what kid doesn’t love that?!) 

• K – Bensen
• 1st – Bauer (stole the lead from Mrs. Finnerty)
• 2nd – Cundy
• 3rd – Bernstein (overtaken Mrs. Eggemeyer)
• 4th – Triplett (jumped in front of Mrs. Chapel) 
• 5th – Evans (taken the lead away from Mrs. Mooney) 

As mentioned, the event next Thursday is a Fun Run.  So, for you room parents, let’s encourage the classroom spirit on run day (crazy socks, crazy hair, sweat bands, etc….something fun).   

NEW this year is an optional obstacle course for those kiddos who maybe aren’t as focused on how many laps they finish but want to participate in a different way!   This will be set up on the back side of our track (see course layout attached).  Within this area, a child will be given a chip which they will use to vote on the costume Mrs. Moyle and Mrs. Hollins will wear on Celebration Day on the rooftop once we hit our $50k goal!     

And finally, we are still in need of volunteers to help make this event a success.  Every volunteer opportunity does still allow you to cheer your student on during their run slot.
