Hello RHS Community,
It's time to start planning for the The Carnival. This is a really fun event beloved by the kids, but it takes a lot of planning and many volunteers to pull-off successfully. This year the Carnival will be on October 18, 2025 - a Saturday.
There are several core carnival committees that lead various aspects of this event, and we need volunteers for all of them.
Committees will be holding meetings soon to discuss the specific tasks and roles that need to be filled for that committee - Please signup by next Friday 9/19 to be included in the initial meeting invites.
For those interested in Day-of Volunteering, there will be a separate announcement and sign-up sheet coming soon.
If you have any questions, ideas, or 'other' please feel free to direct them my way.

This group is responsible for obtaining volunteers for pre-carnival activities as well as day-of the carnival. This group determines how to both rally volunteers and distribute them logistically. Arguably, this is one of the most challenging tasks and the success of the Carnival heavily relies on it.
