Hello RHS Families!

This is a reminder that today is the last day to sign up for the 2026 Variety Show! We'll be accepting new signups until the end of the day today, Friday March 20th. Currently we have around 5-6 spots remaining. The sign-up link is posted further below, but also can be accessed here. 

Please Note: Due to a scheduling conflict with BACR events on Friday March 27th, we've moved the Audition date to Monday, March 30th (same time from 4:30-7:00pm). If you're unable to make that date, we're allowing signed-up participants to send in a short video clip as an alternative. More details on where to send in the videos to follow next week.

The time has come! RHS Community Club is happy to announce the Annual Redwood Heights School Variety Show! 

We invite RHS students to take the stage this year and show off their amazing talents to the community in a fun, friendly, familiar environment. 

No matter the talent, skill or ability is, if it can be shown in 4 minutes or less, we'd love to see it! Do you sing, dance, tell jokes, juggle, play musical instruments, perform magic, monologue, write poetry, act? This is your opportunity to shine!

Space is limited, as we're trying to keep it to no more than 25 performers. So make sure to sign up early!

Variety Show Dates

All of the events below are expected to place in the RHS Multi-Purpose Room (Cafetorium)

Audition - Monday, March 30th from 4:30pm to 7:00pm* 
Dress Rehearsal - Monday, April 13th from 4:30pm to 7:00pm
Main Event - Friday, April 17th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm

* For the Audition only, performers will be scheduled at specific timeslots and will not need to remain for the entire duration.

While it's mandatory to attend both the Audition and Rehearsal in order to participate, the purpose of the Audition is just to confirm that you have an act. As long as you've signed up, have a planned act and you're committed to the event, you'll have a place in the show. Even if the act is still a work in progress at the Audition, don't worry! You'll still have some time to practice before the Dress Rehearsal and the Main Show. And remember, it's all about having fun!
As with all events here at RHS, the overall success depends largely on volunteering help from our school community. We welcome any and all volunteering assistance, especially from parents of Variety Show performers! There are lots of ways to help, whether it's setting up chairs, working the concession stand, backstage helpers, spotlight operators, MCs, and more. 

An official volunteering sheet will be posted on Konstella soon, but if you're interested in helping you can also reach out to Evan beforehand.
