Hi RHS families-

Happy new year and welcome back! Our garden is still bountiful - producing broccoli, winter greens and herbs - and we’re excited to continue cooking up healthful and delicious foods to share.

It would be a great help to the garden program if we were able to create a cooking pantry to complement our garden grown goods. We’re trying to utilize the fabulous mini kitchen off the Cafetorium as a teaching/workshop space to utilize our harvest.

Things we’re looking to stock:

Rice (brown or white)
Pasta (ideally any kind but spaghetti)
Flour
Sugar
Salt (kosher ideally)
Pepper
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Soy sauce
Parmesan cheese/nutritional yeast
(Or Safeway or Trader Joe’s gift card for food purchases as needed)

Also - if you’re trying out the Konmari method for  the new year and have extra cookware/server ware or appliances (blender/juicer/food processor) we’d gladly provide a loving home! We also have dreams of a chest freezer - if you have one, please reach out (or direct contributions would be amazing and appreciated).

You can reach out to me directly on
Konstella - which I am finally getting the hang of - or just bring your goods to the office Monday-Thursday (as I will gladly transfer them to the kitchen and put them to good use).

Thanks for considering and happy new year!
All the best,
Chelsea
