Updates from the front:

As of this writing, there is still no official call for a strike. We can reasonably expect to have normal school days on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Talks have resumed between OUSD and OEA. For a comprehensive summary of where things stand, we recommend reading yesterday's update from Ashley McBride, reporting for Oaklandside.

The school board is set to meet tomorrow (2/24) to discuss budget, and these meetings are open to the public. You can find information about virtual and in-person meeting attendance here.
