Hi RHS Families!

Thank you all for your patience and excitement as our school rolls out our very first OUSD sponsored After School Program (ASP).  The RHS ASP will begin today, August 10th, after school.

If you have signed up, you likely have been receiving emails from Kenny Hill (aka Mr. K). He is our site Program Coordinator.  He has been working very diligently to get our program going and to respond to everyone's inquiries.   Once his ParentSquare account is set up, you will be receiving announcements from him using that platform.  However, in the meantime, I thought I would put together a summary of information for you all to reference.

Drop-up / Pick-up: Your child’s teacher has been instructed on our drop off.  Your child will be dropped off by their teacher to the multi-purpose room. This is where we will do sign in and began our program. Pick up will take place by ringing the front bell and Mr. K will meet you there and walkie your child teacher and they will meet us in the front.

 

Program Schedule:  Please find below a schedule for the ASP program today. Moving forward you can find this on display on a board when you pick up your child on our parent info board. If you have any other questions I can be reached by email or phone.
