What are specific school climate challenges that exist at Redwood Heights Elementary School that you would like addressed? This interactive workshop will engage participants in one-on-one and group reflection that is designed to support them in isolating specific and measurable challenges that children and adults are experiencing at school. The activities are designed to produce take-a-way content that CircleUp Education's team will use to help school and district administrators address these issues. This workshop is also designed to be a relationship building opportunity for participants to build bridges of empathy, understanding and common purpose.
