The Move-a-thon is next week! 

It’s time to get ready for this year’s RHS Move-a-thon! Right now, we have raised just $1,400 of our $35,000 goal. It’s time to gear up and start collecting donations! 

Parents: What do you need to do today? 

• Visit https://go.rallyup.com/rhsmove2024 and click on “Sign Up” to create an account for your kid(s). Use this same link/website to collect donations - either in person or by sharing the link electronically. (Click here for a step-by-step guide). 
• Support your students to ask family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, etc. to sponsor them. Here are some tips and sample scripts.  
• Don't forget to use your corporate match, if your company has a plan to match donations!
• Mark your calendars to join our community Saturday, May 11 from 10am-3pm. Similar to a classic walk-a-thon, come join us at the Redwood Heights Rec Center for walking, music, food, and fun! 
• Sign up to help out on Saturday, May 11. We need volunteers to make the day a success!

The Move-a-thon is a very popular event at RHS and one of the three biggest fundraisers of the year for our school. Students recruit financial sponsors (flat donation or per-lap) to support them as they earn laps for dancing at school on Wednesday, May 8 and walking laps on Saturday, May 11. 

This year’s theme is "Get Ready to Slay and Move It Your Way! Getting Active is Always Cool, But Even More When It's For Your School!"*
