Check For Lost & Found Items Before They Get Donated
Our lost and found is overflowing with items -- mostly sweatshirts. Parents and kids, please come look through it on Monday 10/1 and Tuesday 10/2 because at the end of Tuesday, all items will be bagged and donated. This happens at the end of every month to clear out the bins. Weekly volunteers do look for identifying information on items and attempt to return them to appropriate classrooms, so please do your best to label items sent to school and we'll do our best to help return what we can. If you have questions, contact Erin Metzler

Save the Music Festival
Sunday, October 14th at 11am-5:30pm at Twin Pines Park in Belmont

RWSE 3rd grade brownie troop  #62831 is doing a take action project to complete their Brownie Quest.  They will be collecting donations of the following items to create pet enrichment projects for Pets in Need in RWC.  Requested items include:
empty toilet paper or paper towel rolls, pint-size clear plastic containers, bell or other small and noisy cat toyscardboard/cardboard boxes, wrapping paper (scraps are ok).
We will be collecting these supplies until Friday 10/12. If you have supplies you would like to donate please contact Jennifer Hom and we can arrange a pick up or drop off. I hope to have a box in the office to drop off supplies soon.

Donations for Samaritan House
Project Wee Care is a school-based program that helps children build empathy by donating to needy children in their community. Schools participate in four drives each school year, collecting essentials that are distributed to Samaritan House families in our programs. Every item a family receives helps save money that can be used to keep them housed.  Please click here for program details! A bin is available in the office for donations.
