This committee organizes the annual Book Fair for our school, which raises funds for our library. The committee will coordinate with our book sponsor (Scholastics), set up the fair in the library, solicit volunteers for shifts at the cash registers/door monitors/floor assistants, and assist with break down and clean up as needed.
This event occurs in December.
These Committee Chairs are to be guided by their liaison on the PTA Executive Board, who will assist in their planning and budget keeping as needed. This Board member is their main point of contact in connecting with the Board to assess supplies and budget needs, obtain approval for final planning, and acquire general association permissions as needed.
