Reflections Art is a California State PTA sponsored program for our school. This committee is responsible for publicizing the program, setting a due date to collect student artwork, selecting a judging panel and planning a recognition event for student participants. This Reflections chairman should review the resources such as theme, rules for each category and materials on the Reflections Program. They are responsible for kick off, student art display, judging panel, community sponsors and an awards ceremony at the school.
This Committee Chair is to be guided by their liaison on the PTA Executive Board, who will assist in their planning and budget keeping as needed. This Board member is their main point of contact in connecting with the Board to assess supplies and budget needs, obtain approval for final planning, and acquire general association permissions as needed.
