Student Information Update (Registration)

The President is responsible for editing the Welcome Back Check-In PTA page for the Disctrict registration process.  This project is lead by the district technology lead, Jerome Simon, who sends out deadlines and instructions.  


The process beings in April of the prior school year.  The first and most comprehensive edits are due in May, so be ready with all information prior to May including messaging, information, graphs, content, etc.  


An initial look at the first edits was made available in July with a quick turnaround of a week to submit second edits.  There were a lot of missed edits from the first round, so look through carefully.  


A test case was made available late July with a turn around time to test of one week.
