Dear families,

After spring break, the Riverside Sustainability Team is kicking off a fun spring Transportation Challenge: we’re inviting kids and families to explore all the great ways to get around Princeton and the region without getting in the car.

The challenge is simple: try out local and regional transit options and earn a point for each one. Kids can also rack up points by walking, biking, or taking the school bus to school. The more transportation options you try, the more points you earn!

Kids who participate will be eligible to win exciting prizes, generously sponsored by Experience Princeton, Princeton Council, NJ Transit, Greater Mercer Transportation Management Association (GMTMA), and the Riverside PTO.

We can’t wait to get started and to see our students discovering the many car‑free options our community has to offer.
