1. Attached to the monthly PTO calendar event after each meeting
2. Under Files & Links in the folder labeled PTO Meeting Minutes

Since this is a new system, we’ve also attached the September PTO Meeting Minutes to this announcement.

Going forward, we won’t send a separate announcement each month. Instead, you can access the minutes in either location above whenever it’s convenient for you.
