Bicycle & Pedestrian Safety Update
The district has reached out to the Greater Mercer Transportation Association for guidance on improving bike and pedestrian safety. In addition, the PTO's are working to obtain input on specific areas of concern for each school. Elan Daniel will be leading our efforts. Look for an upcoming meeting soon. If you're interested in taking an active role in Riverside's efforts, email: president@rspto.org or sign up here.
REMINDER: Helmets are required for cyclists, scooter riders, and skaters under the age of 17. Motorists must give 4' clearance when passing non-autos on the road or reduce speed if safe passing is not possible.
