The rain forced us to move Garden FEST to next Friday, 5/16 but that didn’t dampen the spirits of Riverside staff and students this week.  The PTO supported teacher, staff and nurse appreciation days this week with festivity and food.  Thank you again to Sarah and all of the parents who made this week happen - and to the teachers and staff for what they do.

1st Graders had their residencies on Wednesday with Young Artists performer Ssuuna.  They, and the school, received a special visit from State Senator Andrew Zwicker.

Please Participate in our Bike & Pedestrian Safety Survey: the PTO Bike-Pedestrian Safety Committee and the students who participated in the Winter “Street Smarts” club have created a street safety survey for our community.  Please click here to participate.  There’s also a QR code link on the bulletin board in front of the school. We will use the results to work with PPS and Town Council on safety improvements but we can’t do it

without your help!
