Welcome to the 2025-26 School Year! A huge "thank you" to Ms. Lennon for her fantastic first day decor. It magically appears every year!
Today, we had 55 bikes and scooters at Riverside's first Walk & Wheel Wednesday of the school year - add in the bus riders and walkers - and at least 50% of Riversiders got to school using alternative transportation today!

We'll be sending out more detailed information later this week, but here are some helpful links to events, opportunities and other ways you can help:

• Room Parent Sign-Up – There are still openings in Bazin, Jacques, Higgins, Chander, Kollipara, Tolin, Achampong, Kieswetter/Abbott and one slot each in the 4th grade classrooms.  We still need sign-ups for all of the 5th grade classrooms as well as the self-contained classes (see your teacher about their needs for the latter rooms).
