Clubs Lead Organizer Signed Up: 1 / 1Oversee general setup and management of the Riverside After School Clubs (ASC) program. Select vendors and request and manage proposals from Riverside staff. Set program schedule, pricing and vendor agreements. Manage clubs email during the weeks leading up to a session's launch, communicate with PTO President(s), Principal/School Staff, and PTO Board. You may choose to have your team take on some of the roles listed.

Logistics Team - Parent Volunteer Organizer Signed Up: 1 / 1Help manage ASC email while clubs are in session, work with lead organizer on communication with school administration, recruit and train on-site Parent Volunteers and assist in the launch week of clubs.

Logistics Team - Homeroom Manager Signed Up: 1 / 1Setup Homeroom for registration, manage scholarships codes, refunds and class change requests, print rosters and attendance sheets for volunteers, front office and club leads. Work with clubs lead to update Homeroom instructor information.

Logistic Team - Organizer Signed Up: 1 / 1Work with Lead Organizer to manage ASC email once Outreach team has completed their tasks and a schedule is finalized. Assist Homeroom lead with rosters and Homeroom management (this position is for training the next Homeroom lead)
