Help plan our most important fundraiser of the year, and a great community event too!  Roles include sourcing party boards from our community, approaching local businesses re: donations, designing a booklet describing the great items on offer, and creating other collateral needed for the party board / silent auctions.

Work occurs prior to the event in early November.  Roles can be constructed based on time you have to give, and and can largely be done on your time schedule.
