October 26th at 2:00 pm
Free, meet at the greenway of Sandy Blvd and NE 72nd Ave - come in costume!

Rose City Park Neighborhood Halloween Parade
October 31st at 4:50 pm
Free, meet at the intersection of NE Hancock and NE 50th Ave - come in costume!
