I hope everyone is enjoying Summer Break!
On Thursday, June 26, 2024, the classrooms from 2024-25 school year will be archived in Konstella. This means:
Fifth grade families who do not have any younger children at RHE: families will be graduated from the system, and all users (teachers included) will no longer have access to class information, pictures, or class rosters from last school year. If there is information in Konstella that you would like to keep, please make sure to save it BEFORE Thursday, June 26, 2024.
For families continuing at RHE: Classroom assignments for the 2025-26 school year are expected to post in Skyward at some point by Monday, August 11. Once you confirm your classroom assignment in Skyward, please login to Konstella and request to join that Classroom Group.
Should you have questions or concerns regarding this archiving process for Konstella, please reach out to secretary@rhepto.org.
After the archive process, all student data for the 5th grade class of 2024-25, as well as parent data for any families that have no other children in our school, will no longer be available to our PTO. Those parents will still have a Konstella account, but our PTO will have no visibility of it. If you have questions about Konstella’s retention of data or for graduated 5th Grade Families who would like to cancel your account, please visit Konstella’s Privacy Information page at https://www.konstella.com/privacy.html and/or contact Konstella directly at: feedback@konstella.com
