Hello South Parents!

We are in the final stages of the yearbook and can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on! As part of your parent dues, our publisher, TreeRing, allows you to create two free personalized pages that will appear exclusively in your child’s copy of the yearbook.

It’s a wonderful way to include personal highlights like family vacations, birthday parties, and sports photos. If you can use Shutterfly, you can use TreeRing—it’s very user-friendly!

The Essentials:

• Deadline: May 8th (Strict deadline; no extensions possible).

• Cost: The first two pages are FREE. Additional pages are $1.99 each.

• How to Start: Log in at www.treering.com or follow the steps in the attached flyer.

Important Notes regarding Dues & Extra Books:

• Prepaid Books: One yearbook per student is included in your parent dues. If you haven't paid your dues yet, please contact finance@southparents.org.

• Extra Copies: If you would like to purchase additional yearbooks for relatives or separate households, please email us at southtigeryearbook@gmail.com before purchasing so we can ensure you receive the correct school pricing.

• Account Access: TreeRing sends an automated email to one parent per household. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact us immediately.

FAQs:

• Who sees these pages? Only you! They are printed only in your child’s specific book.

• Is this mandatory? Not at all. We have already designed a full yearbook featuring all our students; these pages are just an optional bonus.
